The hotel at a glance

Maison Belle Epoque is the new accommodation of the Villa Belle Epoque boutique hotel, which opened in 2025. The two hotels are located next to each other in the Maadi district, approximately 15 kilometers south of downtown Cairo. Since its founding in the early 20th century on the east bank of the Nile, this carefully planned neighborhood has been synonymous with privilege. This is where Cairo's wealthy, cosmopolitan residents built their stately residences and filled their sprawling gardens with a breathtaking variety of exotic plants and trees. Even though urbanization has left its mark in recent decades, Maadi remains Cairo's "mansion district," away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Maison Belle Epoque offers eight spacious suites and promises a luxurious and exclusive ambience with the highest level of comfort for anyone seeking an authentic and extraordinary experience in the metropolis on the Nile. The accommodation is nestled in a well-tended, tropical-style garden and offers a year-round swimming pool. The accommodation is self-catering, but also serves food from the kitchen of the Villa Belle Epoque next door around the clock. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be enjoyed in your room, in the stylish salon, or around the pool. Groups also have the option of a private chef with live cooking in the garden. Of course, hot and cold drinks (including alcoholic beverages) can also be ordered around the clock. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. A metro station, which takes you to the center in about 20 minutes, is less than a 15-minute walk away.

The rooms

The Maison Belle Epoque has eight spacious suites with a seating area, balcony, and high-quality kitchen, including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, and electric kettle. All suites are air-conditioned and have satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower/toilet, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, and bathrobes. Seven suites are equipped with a double bed and one suite has two single beds.

We offer the accommodation in Cairo in combination with a cultural tour (incl. Luxor with solar eclipse). Rooms without tour, subject to availability, on request.
